mxtp problem

my z3+ has been locked, i tried to sign in with the correct account but it always says incorrect username or password. i tried signing in my account in a computer and it succesfully logged in. and then i tried it again to my xperia and still incorrect username or password appear,. any help?

So Will I be able to unlock my bootloader again? Or sony completely block it? Because It didn't said to me that this application will block my bootloader. And also "My xperia protection" didn't work and doesn't work right now. In the link /t5/FAQ/My-Xperia-Theft-Protection/td-p/998346 don't said that Z3+ has My xperia Protection Support. I am really angry. I spent more than 500U$S in that phone and for a touch I lost it.....

That's true. I made a mistake but It's unbelievable that sony blocked my bootloader. I can't understand. I didn't find information about what happen to my bootloader if I active "My Xperia..." and I have unlocked my bootloader. They said that you must not do that, but not what happen if you do that. They can't give me an application that will lock my bootloader with out tell me and also they have to check if the bootloader is unlocked and the app have to don't run in that case. It's unbelievable. They don't think in the users and that's the reason they are loosing customers....... 

If they had put a switch case or an if checking the status of the bootloader and if it is unlocked the application don't run, a lot of cell phones, tablets would not have this problem. It's unbelievable.

I understand your frustration and I'm sorry you feel that way but you knew that unlocking the bootloader will void the warranty, perhaps you didn't read the warnings and/or look up possible drawbacks but only a small percentage of users will unlock the bootloader, again, the page with all the info on how to unlock the bootloader has warnings, the only thing you can do is to contact your Local support.

the myXperia theft protection according to sony is "to protect your personal information for thieves".

in reality sometimes your phone detects intrusor action when it's in your own pocket - because you may push a button. then it lockes. but when you're not in your own WiFi, after entering your password it completely wipes your phone to a state as new from the box. complete wipe. all your info gone. bye pictures, bye settings, squeecky clean. So the thief can immedeately sell it on the streetcorner as a new phone.

- WELL DONE SONY ! -  says the thief.

I had this twice with my own device - obviously when i was outdoors and my phone was my only port to the world.

so all you users this advice; de-activate this function (settings, security - myxperia off !)

and make backups.

my phone is sony z3+ dual (E6533)... its protected by my xperia...  I entered my username and password but not Unlock , and even position of my mobile detected in my email. But on My Xperia site my phone  can not locate and Protected Mode does not. I Factory reset and got the mobile Flash, but not resolved my problem.also my IMEI phone does not detect by sony support...

Hi..i wanna know what is an alternative solution to my phone protected screen problem.because i forgot already the google account that is linked to my sony xperia z3+. That's why i cant used it anymore..could you help me how to do.
