Hi @AliChapper,
Welcome to the community.
@uliwooly's suggestion will fix this problem almost every time so definitely give it a go. I just wanted to add that once you have the settings, send yourself an MMS to make sure sending and receiving works, as some networks require an MMS to be sent in order for their system to register that your phone is MMS capable. All phones now days are, but it's pretty old technology that doesn't always recognise that.

Hi there)
Okay. I have followed this:
Settings-More-Internet Settings (Download settings for Internet and MMS)
But... but after I tapped on "Accept" I didn't see in that short list of carriers my carrier
Anyway, I had tapped on one of those carriers. Settings have had been downloaded and installed. And it works now I can send and receive MMS (no problem with automatic downloading an image) now.
Is this illegal what I did? I guess it is. Well, at least my MMS works now But why there's no my carrier in that list? I had already called customer service of my carrier due to the previous MMS issue but sounds like there's nothing they can do about this. Also I spent hours on web searching for correct settings, nothing of those worked out. I think this is some registration error with MMS on my carrier side.
Xperia C5 Ultra
Edit: Of course I can see now different settings under APN in my phone.
hi, i'm experiencing this problem and cannot fix it. after the most recent automatic update, my xperia z3 compact won't send or receive mms messages. i just spent a while trying different APN settings and none of them work, including those specified by my carrier.
oddly, two nights ago i uninstalled my texting app (textra), then reinstalled it; it sent one mms successfully, then stopped working again. the native messaging app on the z3c doesn't work either. any assistance appreciated.
