Las fotografías, música videos que se guardan en la micro sd no pueden reproducirse en pc o ser compartidas en redes, aparece un mensaje de error e indica q los archivos no son compatibles e incluso hay archivos que ni siquiera se reproducen en el teléfono

Are you using a file commander or accessing the pictures through the apps? 

if the later, make sure that you have allowed the apps to access the internal and SD card

settings > apps > select the app > permissions

It sounds like he's using the standard video app, which does not support all format.

Try VLC for android: you can't stream to the tv but it decodes everything.

For viewing on tv/screen you could buy an MHL cable: it's cheap and works amazingly well.
