Marshmallow OTA update if out of warranty

My device is out of warranty.  Will I still get OTA Marshmallow upgrade?

The updates are not based on warranty, if the update becomes available for your variant of phone, then you will receive the update when your network carrier accepts the update. (if you purchased from a network carrier).
