Hello,
I've lost the paper that contains my serial number, and now the phone is dead. I tried to go to the Support centre in Egypt but they won't admit the phone with the serial number on the case and the phone is not working for them to get the serial number from it.
What should I do? How can a serial number be on a piece of paper!!!!
