Lockscreen music controls

Why there is no music controls when screen is locked? I have simple swipe unlock. THere is no music control widget under the lockscreen to.

Yes, and it not works properly with random earphones. Deleted it, and it helped. Thank you.

This will turn lockscreen music controls on for Walkman and Wimp.
SETTINGS > SOUND & NOTIFICATIONS > scroll down to WHEN DEVICE IS LOCKED and select one of the first TWO notification settings.
