Hi my xperia z5 is draining soo fast...but is it just the battery?

There does not seem to be any app draining it.
Bluetooth and NFC are off
Wifi scanning is off.
Sometimes it will collapse to zero and shut down, but then if I plug the charger in for 1 min, it says it has 30% charge!
When I put the *#*#7378423#*#* into the dialer and go to batter health it says it is fine!
I don't want to pay to replace the battery if it is something else.....
Any ideas?
