i just installed xperia companion and tried to fix my phone since it cannnot start facebook app.

while repairing my xperia's software, is it normal to havbe this message, " Please connect your Sony Xperia to the computer", on the top left corner of the companion window?

and the progress bar is stucked right about 12%... more or less
