hi,

i wanna use a file instead of recording

because the quality, and i have ready files that i downloaded that someone made that uinvesral

also i using it for block\unknown numbers , when the caller stop hearing the recored message, i answering and hear's who it is

so this is possible?

I don't think it is possible without the help of 3rd party apps found on Google play Store
