I want change my mobile display

I have a Sony Z5 Premium Dual Model Number 6883 Mobile Phone
This mobile out of warranty has been done
The display of my mobile has broken me
After the breakdown of the display, after taking this mobile and I went to Sony Service Center, the engineer present there told me that this mobile will not change the display
You have to give this mobile and you will have to pay 80% of the current price of the new mobile of this model, which is about 28000 to 30000 rupees, you will get new mobile which will be 3 months warranty!
I want to ask you some questions
Is it justified,
Will my mobile display cost me Rs 30000,
Can Sony Trust For Further?
