Open all tray covers (SIM and SD card trays), leave the phone in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours. You can alternatively place it in a bowl or a bag full of rice (it helps to absorb the moisture).
Try to power it on after 24-48 hours, if it doesn't power on then you'll need to contact your Local support and get it checked by a professional for potential water damage.
