At last i found proper solution myself ........!
My question's are genuine but you people didn't trust me .. So i take it as a challenge At last i achieved it...!!!!!
And here is the solution....
First open google from any pc ...Go to my experia do the login........ And simply erase the phone Now you successfully recovered the passlock problem...
The only way is to perform a system repair - This will factory reset your phone
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
It say's the phone is locked not detectable,
Any hope..?
Make sure your device is switched off as per the 1st line of my guide and simply follow the rest of it
that saying there is no software available for your device..........?

You aren't following my guide as if you were it wouldn't say that
Switch off device start PCC select support zone, update phone/tablet and in BLUE - REPAIR MY PHONE/TABLET
And I am trying to help you but if can't follow an easy guide then no one can help you
