How can I make SIP calls?

Hello,

I have two options in my call settings to take a sip call:

• For all calls
• Only for SIP calls

I remember that in the past there was a setting like:

• Ask for each call

Now I don't find this option anymore and if I use "only for sip calls" I don't know how to make a SIP call.

Can anyone help me?

Hi,

If you're going to be able to place SIP calls on your phone, you need to add your SIP account via Settings > Call > Phone account settings > SIP accounts > Add. The option "Use SIP calling" will then have the following purpose when you place a call:
For all calls: You will be asked once you dial a number if you want to call from your mobile number or the SIP number.
Only for SIP calls: Your SIP number will only be used if you call another SIP number.

1. you need to build as SIP client(App)  for your Phone or PC . Something like linphone 
2. you need VoIP server and virtual number. 
3. Just plan your sip extensions and codecs for Video calling . 
4. Enjoy video chatting.
