Has anyone tried cards with higher capacity than 64 GB?

I've got a Z Ultra that I acquired for a really good price just before they disappeared off the market. According to Z Ultra's User Guide and also GSM Arena it supports Micro SD cards up to 64 GB.

Has anyone tried higher capacity cards? I can get a 128 GB card for a really good price. I have a 128 GB card in my Xperia Z3, but am a bit nervous to plug it into the Z Ultra in case it gets corrupted.

I took a chance and bought a cheap'n'cheerful 128 GB SanDisk MicroSD card and it seems to work without issues. Or least no issues that I've noticed. Not that I'm doing any thing too hectic like video recording or such. It just serves as portable music/document store.
