I can't use mobile data and stuff like that because it says that i am in fly mode. But i am not, i checked 100 times...

I am sorry to hear about your phone. 
Have you tried to disable airplane mode in the settings of the phone as well? To do that go to Settings > More > Airplane mode, drag the slider to the left.
If there is no change and you still receive the same error message, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you can make a call, use mobile data and so forth while downloaded applications aren't loaded.

Sorry to hear that there was no change. 
There is one more thing that you can try on your own and that is performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. If this is caused by the software in the phone a software repair should solve it.
Do note that the software repair will remove all data stored on the internal storage of your phone so creating a backup using Xperia Companion before starting with the repair process is advised.
Should you experience the same behaviour after completing the software repair, the phone will need to be examined at an authorized service centre. Your Local support team will gladly arrange a repair for you and answer all questions that you may have regarding service times, routines and so forth!
