Welcome to the community.
If you are trying to use mobile data you may need to download the internet settings on your handset.
To do this go to Settings > More > Internet Settings > Accept. This will download and install the settings you need to use mobile data.
If for some reason you don't have the above options, contact your service provider and ask for APN settings, they will take you through entering the settings you need.
