Sony heeft mij een gratis oplader beloofd een tijd geleden.  Ik heb deze nog steeds niet ontvangen.  Ik heb een Sony Xperia Z3  mobiel. 

Waarom is dit ?

I would advise either contacting the retailer you purchased the handset from, or your Local support for assistance with this. 

If a charger was promised to you by Sony, I'll assume you were in contact with local support who would have advised this so best to follow this up with them.
