Bluetooth and Mobile Data keep turning on themselves.

Hi, 

Any help or suggestions would be great. The bluetooth and mobile data keeps automatically turning themselves on. Even when phone is left on charge i come back and bluetooth is turned on and i don't understand why.

Same problem of my Bluetooth, it turning on alone. I've Just noticed it turning on also after i keep a photo
