Black screen at/after Update to lollipop at language selection

Hello, I got some problem after installing the lollipop Update yesterday. (Or at least i think it was completed...) The last message i saw was installing NFC

When I boot up i get that nice wavy animation but then it goes completely black for anything but the top bar with wifi etc.

In this state I have only control via the power button, so i can call up the menu to reboot or to shut down.

when i fiddle arround with the power button (screen on and off) it sometimes flashes the screen with what looks like the language selection screen.

Help would be very appreciated.

Settings > apps > all > messaging > clear data > restat the phone

I'm having this problem now with an old phone. I started to do all the updates and when i got to lollipop.. Black screen.i can't use the PC companion because it asks for my unlock code and I obviously can't put it on my phone because the screen is black. I can see the upper icons and even use the camera (weird)
Is there anyway I can undo de lollipop update?
HELP!
