Hi @Premiumgotstaminamod, I am very sorry to hear about that.
Does it charge past 20% if you have the device turned off? Also, could you try calibrating the battery by charging it fully (to 20% in your case), and then use it normally until it completely discharges. Once it's done so and is turned off, press the OFF-button next to the SIM area and then charge it fully while it's turned off.
Let me know if that helps!

That sounds strange, but could you also try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion in that case? Try that and let me know if it helps!
Hi @Rs6, sorry to hear that.
I know that it is recommended to have a well charged device for the software repair, but since you're not able to charge above 20% it is worth giving it a try without charging it. Could you try that using the instructions provided for a software repair using Xperia Companion and let me know how it went?
However, before software repairing please try calibrating the battery using the instructions that I provided here, it's a good starting point when experiencing such behaviour that you described.
In that case I would recommend that you have your device sent to an authorized service center for examination @Rs6.
For instructions on how to send it in, I recommend getting in touch with your Local support since they're well informed with your local service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws.
