Back up

My phone back up to 50% and say less than 1 minute remain, but it stay at 50%.  Therefore I dont dare to reset to factory level. Anyone having this problem.

It's advised not to include "Others", "Apps", and also "Settings" when you are trying to backup. Try again without them.
