Back up took long time

Hi,

I tried to take back up from my z2 mobile through sony pc champion but it took more than 12 hours and by the end failed so please any suggestions for this problem.

Mobile on the latest sw release

Try making several individual backups like I do for example 1 for photo's and then contacts and so on and so on this way you will be able to track down a specific area that is causing an issue and thus find an alternative way

I found the problem coming from photo backup

Yes I was trying to suggest that it depends how much you have to backup. Media can take a very long time.
