B2X Service Center Cheated Me - Sony Company is Responsible for This

On Sunday 17th Dec 2017 my Sony Xperia Z3+ suffered screen damage and on Wednesday 21st Dec 2017 I took the mobile to B2X service center which claimed to be a Sony Authorised Service Center. 

They took my mobile and informed me it would cost me Rs. 6500 for screen replacement. He gave me a printout of estimation which doesn't have any Sony affilaition on the printed paper.

Next day when I went to collect the mobile I found the new screen they replaced is of cheap quality and when I asked them they told me, these are sent Sony sent spares.

Also when I asked, are you guys really Sony Authorised service center? He replied they are out of association 4 months back, which he didn't inform me prior. But the Service center has every setup which makes it look like a Sony Authorised center.

I feel Sony is responsible for this cheating. A guy is openingly using Sony name for his own benefit and Sony is not aware of it. Who will do justice for me for receiving fake spare part in the name of Sony Authorised Service Center? Who will take action against that service center?

I need someone from Sony to respond and resolve this issue. Otherwise I will take this issue to Social Media platform, where my fellow bloggers and social media influencers will raise voice against Sony.
