AVG Changes privacy policy - How do I uninstall AVG Protection?

AVG has just changed their privacy policy, so they can basically SELL my information including browsing habits etc.

I want to uninstall AVG Protection from my phone, how do I do that?

Two ways

one - open your apps page where the app is and swipe from the left edge to the right and tap on uninstall then tap the said app

two - open Settings then apps then swipe to all then locate and open said app then tap on uninstall

i tried that, but there isn't an "uninstall" option! there is only a "disable" option!

how can i completely remove avg when it only offers me the disable option ?
