I'm sorry to hear about this.

When you first started to experience this behaviour, do you remember if you installed a new application in your phone? If you did, try uninstalling the application and see if you still receive these ads!

You can also reboot your phone in safe mode and see if the same behaviour occurs when all third party applications aren't loaded!
