Xz1 totally fails

Dear all, 

I am very disappointed. After 12 days waiting for my phone, that was going to be fixed, today i received my phone with stillsthe Same problem all over again... Every app, starting from Google play to Facebook tot codes i never heard of, are opening in small Grey popups and after a couple of minutes the phone gets into a loop and you can't do anything and it shuts itself down.. . Too bad for such an expensive phone, my first sony, 11 months ago... So i did everything, from new software, reboot, connection to Sony support, (more then 20 times), sending it over to Sony support center... Nothing helps, Can someone please help me?

I totally understand your frustration, are you getting the Facebook katana pop up? if you are then this is what I did to solve this

settings > apps > app info > scroll down > look for ALL facebook apps > storage > clear data > uninstall (if it was preloaded it won't uninstall it, it will remove the latest update) > back  > repeat on ALL facebook related apps > restart the phone

That should stop the facebook katana box from popping up
