Xperia xz1 warranty information not correct

Hello everyone, I just opened this day (September 29, 2018) my new purchased sony Xperia xz1, but as I check the warranty info, it's until December 19, 2018 only. One thing I noticed is the touch is not responding well sometimes but it is brand new.

Please help me guys.

Bring it back immediately to your seller with the receipt. If bought online, call up the seller or request for refund/exchange on the website
