Xperia XZ speaker hissing.

My left stereo speaker sounds like it is blown. The provider had it in for repair twice already but said that due to the intricacy of the fault I should contact Sony directly and have it repaired under warranty. Any advice on the procedure for this?

Use this link ( Local support ) and choose your country/region, then you'll be provided with all the available channels to contact Sony directly (phone, email, or chat). Discuss the issue with them and ask for a maintenance or service appointment. Some regions will give you the option to deliver your phone via courier.
