Where is RESET BUTTON ON Xperia XZ Premium??!!!!!

Hello !

I installed the game Oceanhorn from Google Play

The smartphone Xperia XZ Premium freezed when the characters says "I will give you mu ol...."

and i cannot return the smartphone to normal condition because there is NO reset button on it!!!!

what should I do with it ? It is getting hotter and hotter now! It does not react to any buttons pushing

Why SONY did not add a reset button on the model ?? it is not normal at all!! Now I need to wait the whole day while it is discharged fully and nobody can reach my smartphone and I cannot call anybody!

Try pressing Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time for 10 seconds continuously.

it is the first thing I did of course. it did not help nor the first time nor the second. i can use the smartphone as the frying pan now I think, it is super hot now.

even after voulme up and power button press simantaneously trhe phone is not responding any thing

Try pressing them without releasing for 2 minutes (2 minutes forced restart).

I have handed over the phone to service centre. It shows water inside. How is it possible since its a water proof phone. What is going on
