When receiving incoming calls, the display does not turn off

When receiving incoming calls, the display does not turn off when you put your phone to your ear. This causes uncontrolled activation of various functions in the phone. This occurs only when the incoming call is received when the phone is in a pocket, for example, or turned upside down with a display to a ground, so when the light sensor is covered. There are no problems with the display described above when an incoming call is received when the telephone is "backs" on the ground or when a telephone call is made, then the light sensor is working properly and when applied to the ear, the display goes blank. I tried to fix the phone by the Xperia Companion software, but it did not help, the problems still occur. I was assured that the latest update under the designation 51.1.A.11.26. will remove the fault but the problem still occurs. Sony...!?
