1. Can you check your filter options in Contacts settings?

Open Contacts app -> tap on the three lines (burger) icon on the top left corner -> Contacts to display

2. Are you able to edit any of these contacts you showed us?

My son have the same problem. He have sony xperia xz. But he has 10 persons only.
