Could you please elaborate your question a bit? Are you not able to navigate through the UI or do you receive an error message that the UI has stopped working?
Have you been able to reboot your phone to safe mode? All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this you can see if this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.
