good day i have a problem with my sony xz 2 phone that has entered the reboot loop and can not load the software, I have taken the product to authorized service and received as an official reply that sony does not currently own spare parts so after 20 days sony and their authorized service still fail to solve my problem so shame sony, after 4 phones bought and customer of 6-7 years this will be the last product that i will buy from sony
