Sony Charger is not working

Hello

I was charging my phone normally few days ago (lastly yesterday) and now when I was going to charge it, It didnt work.

To be honest from the begging even after charging my phone I dont remove the Charger from the  illumination I just remove phone and go on.

So today when I was going to charge the phone, I took it but suddenly it went down from my hands, I putted phone in charge and add both to charge in the  illumination then suddenly it didnt work.

Tried another sony charger and the cable working so now the problem from the charger.

any solution? is fixing it will damage the phone later in charging? maybe the USB port is not working, it must be changed with original one? will the fixer open it goodly so it will be like its not touched so it will be fine? It wont damage the phone later?

Hi @Mev22, sorry to hear about this.

Is the the wall mounted charger that is not working, or is the cable? Could you try charging the device only using the cable a USB port, or the cable and the other charger?. That would be great, so we know exactly what is wrong.

If the USB port would be the cause, the other charger/cable would not work, so it does sound like it's either the cable or the wall mounted charger.

All repairs that are done at authorized service centres are done by trained technicians, so you don't have to worry about the repair not being done by a professional!

Let me know how it works with only the cable, or the cable plus the other charger.
