Bonjour quelques semaines après avoir acheté mon XZ1 en début d'année mon téléphone a rencontré les problèmes suivants :
- l'écran s'éteind, plus rien ne répond se débloque tout seul au bout d'un moment, durée aléatoire.
- décalage entre le son et la vidéo, quelque soit l'application utilisé.
Le redémarrage du téléphone et la reinitialisation n'a rien arrangé au problème. J'ai donc envoyé mon téléphone en réparation étant donné qu'il est encore sous garantie.
Au retour de mon téléphone tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Quelques semaines après le problème reviens... Je ne sais plus quoi faire, mis à part le renvoyer de nouveau auprès du service après vente... C'est vraiment pénible car je vais de nouveau devoir tout réinstaller à la récupération de mon téléphone. Quelqu'un peut il m'aider.

Hello a few weeks after buying my XZ1 at the beginning of the year my phone has encountered the following problems:
- the screen goes out, nothing responds unblocks itself after a while, random time.
- difference between the sound and the video, whatever the application used.
Rebooting the phone and rebooting did not help the problem. So I sent my phone for repair because it is still under warranty.
Back from my phone everything worked perfectly. A few weeks after the problem come back ... I do not know what to do, except send it back to the after-sales service ... It's really painful because I will have to reinstall everything to recover my phone . Can someone help me.
