Screen is black in calls

Este problema me está pasanado frecuentemente cuando realizó o recibió llamadas,  la pantalla se queda en negro lo tenga o no en el oído, hasta que me cuelga la otra persona puedo usarlo, de otra forma, tengo que estar pulsando la cámara. Muchas veces y aveces no quiere así, cuando no me contestan es un problema, ya que no hay forma de apagarlo. 

Me puden aconsejar que hacer.

This problem has happened to me frequently when I made or received calls, the screen remains in black whether I have it in my ear or not, until the other person hangs up, I can use it, otherwise, I have to be pressing the camera. Many times and sometimes do not want to, when they do not answer is a problem, since there is no way to turn it off.

Im having the same issue, Sony please fix it, otherwise I have to buy a different brand phone.

Does your phone have a protective case, film and/or glass? if it does, remove it > clean the screen > test the proximity sensor

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

I have the same Problem. ItIs very annoying! IT does not Happen of I make or take a call with a BT Headset. Is there any solution?

Yes it has a protective case & glass on the screen, anyway, i removed the both & still its having the same issue. 

(i think i have to sell the phone & get a Samsung).
