I opneded Netflix on my phone and the next thing I know is that the screen freezes so that I cannot turn the screen off, turn the phone off, exit Netflix, shut down any windows og charge the phone.
I tried running the Companion pragram reading about the latest update. But as I cannot turn the screen off and it cannot connect I can't do anything.
The only new thing I see on the screen is a small round closed white circla in the line in the top of the screen next to the clock and Netflix app logo.
Back in the days I would just take out the battery but how do I reset my phone now? It doesn't help taking out the sim-card og the SD-card.
