Hallo ich habe ein sony xperia xz und meine tochter hat eine pin sperre im Handy eingeschaltet und meine sim pin kann ich eingeben aber nicht diesen entsperr PIN um ins Menü kommen, kein harrdreset möglich eglicher Art alles probiert Bildschirm bleibt schwarz, gibt es noch eine schnellere Lösung ? Bitte hilft mir, danke.
