Das Telefon hängt sich auf bei
- niedrigem Akku (8%) kann ich nicht telefonieren. Handy hängt komplett fest und muss neu gestartet werden.
Und
- wenn gerade eine andere Anwendung läuft. Ich kann dann ein eingehendes Telefonat nicht annehmen,das gesamte Handy fährt sich fest und muss neu gestartet werden.
Das Handy ist gerade mal 14 Tage alt... Woran könnte es liegen?

The phone hangs on
- Low battery (8%) I can not make a call. Mobile phone hangs completely and needs to be restarted.
And
- if another application is currently running. I can not accept an incoming phone call then, the entire mobile phone is stuck and must be restarted.
The phone is just 14 days old ... What could it be?
