@Wiktor1

I've edited your post as this is an English only forum, you can use Google Translate to reply and/or post.

Does your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass?

Could you test your device?

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

Oreo

Settings > Support > Tests

Hi @Wiktor1, sorry to hear about this.

In addition to the test @uliwooly mentioned, have you been able to reboot your phone to safe mode in order to see if the behaviour occurs there? All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.

Try the test @uliwooly mentioned and also safe mode and let me know how it goes!

It is about the icon on the bar at the top and from the right 1. percent battery, 2. battery indicator, 3. signal strength, 4. LTE indicator, 5. LTE vertically sign signal letter V, 6. Location indicator. What is this mark 5

Thank you @Wiktor1 for the screenshot!

The fifth symbol from the right is the symbol for VoLTE which is an abbreviation of "Voice over LTE", which offers the possibility to voice call via the LTE/4G mobile network. This function will enable your phone to remain in the LTE/4G network during voice calls, meaning that you will get faster call setup and better sound quality during calls.

I hope that answered your question. If you want to read more about VoLTE an its benefits, click hereSlightly_smiling_Face

Could this VOLTE feature have so much use the processor that the car charger could not charge the battery? And by VOLTE the phone was warming up? It was the first day that VOLTE appeared on my phone

The fact that VoLTE is enabled is very unlikely to be the reason to why the phone is not charging and heating up. You are however free to switch off VoLTE if you would like to. This is done by finding and tapping Settings > Network and internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Flick the switch next to the text "Enable Volte"

It is however more likely the fact that you are using the GPS that is causing the phone to heat up and not charge. Try closing the GPS app and reboot the phone to see if the behaviour persists.
