New Xperia XZ1 and Sony Bravia: NFC no way

Hello.

I recently bought an Xperia XZ1. I wanted to see my pictures with NFC on my Sony Bravia but I always get an error message. Strange, as it was working with my older phone (broken unfortunately).

I want to use NFC ! Here are some information to troubleshoot the issue, hope somebody can give me some good advice ! Thanks !

1) NFC was working very well and fast with my previous XZ3.

2) I do all tests without cover, bluetooth enabled.

3) I get the same NFC error message with the Bravia using a Samsung Galaxy A3 2017

4) NFC between my new XZ1 and Galaxy A3 2017 works ok

5) TV Sony Bravia and both phones are running latest software

Hmm, never used NFC with TV before. But instead, can you cast the photos to your TV with the Cast function in your album/video instead of using NFC? (Both TV and Phone should be on the same network)

So is this a generic chat forum or an official support forum ?

I'd like to have an answer. On my previous Sony phone NFC was working great. Now it does not even connect to the TV.  This is awful. Shame on Sony. I will ask to get my phone changed.
