My xz premium started to blink after 3 months so I sent it to Sony Thai and they replace the screen for me.
After that I could not make a good phone call so I sent it back to Sony Thai and they said there was no defect.
Back agn I switched the phone to 3G and it worked. So I went to AIS asked for 4G sim but they told me the Sim was 4G supported but replace it anyway.
The new sim has the same problem could not receive or transmit 4G only 3G is work.
Before screen replacement it worked.
Who can help me. The Sony Thai said they found no defect.
