Jio sim not supported for calls in my Xperia phone

Dear sir,

I was converted my Airtel sim to Jio sim on 18sept19, since then I am not able to place or receive call from my Xperia xz2 phone. I called customer care of Jio they told to contact to sony mobile phone company saying that they have to release a software update to enable to use the Jio sim with this phone.

I have purchased phone in UAE and now using in India.

Request you to please resolve the problem asap.

Hi,

It is advised to install firmware 'Customised IN' version in your handset. It may work fine with all the Indian service providers.
