Is this for SwiftKey?

Go to Settings > Language & Input > On-Screen Keyboard > SwiftKey > Account. Make sure you have an account in here, then choose >Backup & Sync and Sync your SwiftKey settings.

Thank you for that suggestion but I do not use swiftkey. I use xperia keyboard because I prefer to type in phonepad mode. 

I've completed all the syncing, backups, restores I can find to do but my new phone still hasn't received any of my hundreds of personal words, which includes 3 languages. 

Please, how can I get this to work???

Hi, any solution? I have the exactly same problem... The sync function just disappear in my XZ1C when i moved from my Z5C
