I'm not quite sure that I understand your question completely, would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit, for example, is there an application icon missing, are you not able to see the 4G icon in the status bar?

Please accept my reason for dropping this problem. I no longer have this Sony phone. It was defective, and was replaced with a new one. I no longer have the problem. Craig&Chuy
