green light during charging

hello,  my phone xz premium was alright , i put it to charge in the evening and when i looked after 20 min was completly dead. i tried 3 cables and 2 other chargers and it wont turn on. when i press the on button a green light starts fliçkering and nothing else. i left it pluged in for hours and still nothing. any ideas?

@Sergiu_O force the phone to turn off by pressing power button and volume up at the same time until you should feel 3 vibrations. Turn it back on normally.

i tried several times even for 1-2 min , whne i press the power button the green light appears and when i press the volume up dissapers. but definetly it's not restarting and not vibrating. the light is barely visible. Thank you

@Sergiu_O press the buttons at the same time, simultaneously. If that doesn't help, please contact your Local support.
