Hello, my phone Sony XZ charging socket broke inside, it's still possible to charge it, but when you connect cable doesn't feel that it fixed. As well visualy you can see that charging socket moved deeper when it was originally. I still have warranty covarage and looked thru SONY forums and this problem is common for this device, but my local warranty service told that it's mechanical damage and ask me to cover repair expenses. I would like to know what should be my steps to get warranty service which I suppose to get?
