Can't play WAV audio files

Hi, i'm not able to play my .wav files. On my old phone, a Samsung A3, I usually play those files with every app (music players or file manager). Now on my xz2c, with those same apps, I can't.

I tried also the security mode after reboot to see if there was something wrong with any app but there is nothing to do, it doesn't work. Thank you, Luca.

I have to try. For example I was able to open that file with jet audio but I want to know how is it possible that same apps works fine on my old phone (at least 3 or 4 apps,not just a lucky case)  and on the Sony don't? I can't believe it's an hardware problem, there is no game between my old Samsung a3 and the Sony xz2 c.
