That's odd, but how about this boot in >>> safe mode just to narrow down the issue, safe mode will disable any third party apps that could be acting up. Also, if possible, post some screenshots of the issue.
Screenshot: Press and hold power & volume down for 1 second or long press the power button > a pop up will appear > tap on screenshot.
