As the display has an obvious curve to it, I wouldn't suggest glass at all, they are just rubbish on screens like this, unless it's one with a bonding agent but I doubt many will be out like that.
On displays like this, I use tpu based ones, they to used to be rubbish with an orange peel feel to them but in recent years have evolved into a nice feeling protector which does indeed feel more like glass to the touch.
